How does licensing work for classes and sessions? Tap to open

Studio Membership is built for live use in the rooms and spaces you lead. That includes in person classes, online classes that you host on platforms like Zoom, and one to one client sessions under your own brand. Even your own personal use.

Your membership gives you streaming rights for the categories your plan includes. It does not give you permission to resell the audios, hand files to other people, or bundle the soundtracks inside your own products or recordings.

Is Studio Membership streaming only or do I get downloads? Tap to open

Studio Membership is streaming only. You log into your Studio dashboard, choose a category and track, and press play from there.

If you want to own individual downloads as well, you can still purchase regular tracks from Brainwave Entrainment Store as usual. Your personal downloads stay yours. Studio Membership simply adds a streaming layer that is built for ease, variety, classes and sessions.

How many people can log in on each plan? Tap to open

All Studio plans use one main account login under the purchaser’s email address. That single login can be shared with the number of people included in your plan.

Studio Intro – includes access for 1 active user (you or your main teaching account) using the purchaser’s login.
Studio Standard – includes access for up to 2 active users who share the purchaser’s login to use the same Studio dashboard.
Multi Studio Collective – includes access for up to 3 active users who share the same main account login for your core team.

Quarterly packs follow the same licensing as the rest of your Studio audios. They are built for classes, sessions, and your own practice, under your active Studio membership.

What happens if I need to cancel my Studio Membership? Tap to open

If you decide Studio is not the right fit, you can request to cancel before your next renewal. Your membership stays active for the rest of the paid period. After that, your Studio dashboard access and licensing for classes and sessions end.

Any individual downloads you have purchased from Brainwave Entrainment Store in the past remain yours under their original terms. What ends is the ongoing streaming access and studio licensing that comes with your Studio Membership.
