Out of Body Experience (Binaural Music)

The beginnings of the Out of Body Experience are very similar to the Astral Projection experience but, with practice, they become distinctly different.  The non REM dream-like state is similar to the astral experience; but you find that you have considerably more control and awareness. You can maintain conscious thought and travel at will.  This degree of control required for true out of body activity requires more practice than for astral projection; but is extremely worthwhile.

Listening to certain frequencies and oscillations cause the brain to enter a deep theta/delta state.  When properly calibrated and controlled, this caused the perception of immediate transference of consciousness away from the physical body.

Binaural products are usually of 2 types:

1. The binaural tones are embedded in music.  As the tones are not part of the music; the music will distract the brain and the entrainment is ineffective and inaccurate.  The correct harmonic frequency cannot be achieved in this manner.
2. The binaural tones are simple sine wave frequencies with white sound or no background.  There is no musical content.  These are much more effective at creating the correct harmonic frequencies in the brain AND keeping them stable.  However the sound is harsh and often gives an unpleasant experience.
