You’ve probably heard a lot of talk about chakras lately. As time goes
on, more and more people are discovering just how important they are
when it comes to maintaining spiritual, mental, and even physical
health.
They may seem new since they’ve only recently started being talked
about in the Western world. However, chakras are by no means new. In
fact, they’ve been studied since ancient times in the Eastern world. In
fact, knowledge of them has been traced as far back as 1,000 BC.
This leads to a big question. What exactly are they and why are they so
important when it comes to the quality of your life?
Sit back, relax, and enjoy learning everything you need to know about
chakras, their purpose, and how to keep them in optimal health.
First things first, what exactly does the word chakra mean? Translated
into English from Sanskrit, chakra means wheel.
So, what exactly do these “wheels” do? In short, they are energy
centers within the human body that are believed to help maintain the
health of certain organs and nerves. It’s important to keep these
energy centers spinning, open, and balanced. Blocked or unbalanced
chakras can lead to a number of physical, emotional, and spiritual
complications.
The number of chakras a person has is up for debate. However, many
people agree that there are 7 main chakras that run along the human
spine. Each has a specific color, number, name, and location within the
body.

Each of the 7 chakras has a specific location. When you understand
their locations, it becomes very clear why they can have such a large
positive or negative impact on a person’s physical, mental, or
spiritual wellbeing.
Root - Located at the base of the spine around the tailbone. It helps
us feel grounded, secure, and it also establishes our physical identity.
Sacral - Located slightly above the pubic bone and just below the belly
button. It’s responsible for our creativity, self-worth, ability to
feel pleasure, as well as our sexuality.
Solar Plexus - Located in the upper abdomen within close proximity of
the stomach. When balanced and open, it enhances our personal power,
self-esteem, as well as self-confidence and more.
Heart - Located in the heart area of the chest. It provides our ability
to show compassion, love, and also helps us connect to those around us.
It also helps the lower and upper energy centers stay connected.
Throat - As the name suggests, this energy center is located within the
throat. It’s responsible for our confidence while speaking plus our
ability to properly communicate and listen to others.
Third Eye - Located on the forehead right between the eyes. This energy
center controls our imagination as well as our ability to be able to
connect with and follow our intuition.
Crown - Located at the highest point of the head. When properly
maintained, it enhances awareness and intelligence above all, but it
also serves as the energy center of alignment. When this chakra becomes
unbalanced or blocked, it can negatively impact all the other chakras.
Chakra healing involves two forms, opening and balancing. If you think
one or more of your chakras has become blocked, the sooner you do
something about it the better. Blockages can cause a wide variety of
emotional complications, spiritual disconnection, and health concerns.
The good news is that unblocking these energy centers is entirely
possible. However, that doesn’t mean that it’s always a simple or quick
process.
The most common techniques used are specific breathing exercises,
regular yoga sessions with specific poses, or reiki healing.
Color therapy is another useful method. The idea behind it is to
surround yourself with the corresponding color of the energy center
that you are trying to unblock. For example, if you are trying to
unblock the throat chakra, you could wear blue clothes, color or paint
with a heavy use of the color blue or do visualization exercises where
you envision a blue swirling ball or energy entering your throat.
While these techniques are useful and often provide positive results,
they can become time consuming and it may be a while before you notice
a real difference.
You might think that balancing and opening chakras is the same thing.
While this thought is understandable, it’s actually not the case at
all. On top of being open or blocked, your energy centers can also
become over or underactive. In these situations, balancing becomes
highly important.
This form of chakra healing can be handled in many ways. Here are a few
examples.
Meditating with crystals is often very effective. It’s important that
you are using the right crystal for the chakra you are trying to
balance. For example, you would want to use citrine when balancing the
solar plexus chakra or amethyst when balancing the third eye chakra.
Bringing balance into your life is also essential. The more balance you
are surrounded with on a daily basis, the more balanced your chakras
will naturally be. Take some time to go into deep thought and determine
which areas of your life are out of sorts and try to find simple
solutions you can use and stick to in order to begin bringing balance
back into your life.
Just as with opening chakras, visualizations can be extremely helpful
when it comes to balancing your energy centers. However, instead of
visualizing a swirling ball of energy entering your chakra, picture the
person you want to be in life, how you would like to feel, and what
direction you would like your life to take. This form of chakra healing
will help your energy centers’ vibrations naturally match those of your
future self and manifest them into reality.
The most important thing to keep in mind is that daily practice is an
absolute must.
Chakra healing is not a one-and-done type of
thing. It requires regular attention, patience, and a lot of effort.
As you can see, chakra healing is extremely important. When these
energy centers become blocked or imbalanced, they can easily cause much
more harm than good. However, in today’s busy world, who has time to
spend hours upon hours doing visualization exercises, lengthy
meditations, repeating mantras, or changing their lifestyle to bring

It’s simply the act of opening or balancing the 7 main energy centers within the human body. The goal is to keep the chakras in optimal health so they may function properly. This can in fact help people avoid several physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional complications.
Blocked chakras come with a long list of side-effects. However, the most common signs that a person may need to open their chakras are feelings of uncertainty, life feeling chaotic, low self-wroth or self-confidence, large amounts of stress and anxiety, loss of spirituality, inability to love others, and feeling stuck in life. In some cases, certain health issues can also be caused by blockages such as headaches, digestive issues, and even heart problems.
A person can do specific meditations, visualization exercises, repeat mantras, or even surround themselves with the colors of the corresponding chakras that they are trying to heal. However, these techniques can be rather inconvenient for those who live busy lives. Luckily, recent breakthroughs in healing have led to the discovery or brainwave entrainment and chakra healing harmonics that require a person to do little more than push a play button.
The answer to this question varies depending on the person, how much healing is required, as well as the techniques used for healing. Using traditional techniques, one person may notice healing taking place almost immediately while others may not notice any changes for weeks or even months. However, modern approaches such as brainwave and chakra harmonics often provide rapid results. The majority of people who use these techniques experience healing at a much faster pace.
Chakras should be opened whenever you begin to notice the signs of them becoming blocked. You can also help prevent blockages by healing your energy centers daily or even weekly. With our products, healing couldn’t be simpler or more convenient. Simply hit the play button and continue your day as normal.
